1 Parameter sind ECOG-Status </>2, Alter, Komorbidität, u. a.; 2 ALL – Akute lymphatische Leukämie; 3 CR: Komplette Remission, CRi: Komplette Remission mit inkompletter hämatopoetischer Erholung, CRc: Klinische komplette Remission mit residuellem Hautbefund ohne histologischen Nachweis von BPDCN, PR: partielle Remission, SD: stabile Erkrankung, PD: Progress; 4 Akute Myeloische Leukämie; 5 CHOP – Cyclophosphamid, Doxorubicin, Vincristin, Predniso(lo)n; 6 Zulassung nur für die Erstlinientherapie
